Bonjour, Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande de La Senza #LZA547183 fait le 3 décembre 2024. J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle le 13 décembre dernier vers 10h.
On m'a dit que si je n'avais pas reçu ma commande le 20 décembre, je pouvais obtenir un remboursement de votre part. Comme Purolator n'a jamais trouvé et livré ma commande à ce jour, je demande le remboursement de cette commande. # de suivi Purolator ARF000012318.

No update on order.
I made an order through la senza
LZA539279 (order number)
And when I placed the order it changed sizes from what I clicked to a 32C when i ordered a 34C.
Anyways I called and talked to them about it and asked about updates and the lady was super nice and awesome but I have not received one email about the order or even a shipping number I am worried I am being scammed. I have no updates or Details on this package. What should I do.

Package still being processed
Hello, I ordered two bras from you on the 29th of August. One of the two was delivered on the 9th of September, but the other bra I ordered with the first one still says it's being processed. Today is September 11th and the progress hasn't changed, so I'm wondering if it's ever going to be processed or if it's out of stock.

Be careful when you order on line
What happened is my order has not been received, but I got charged the full amount. It has been more than 21 days and still nothing.
So many emails have been exchanged back and forth to get my money back, and I've heard so many excuses.
Customer service means nothing anymore, and it's all about money. If you do not pay attention, you end up paying the full amount for nothing.

Charged money for no items received
I have been chasing over some answers for my order on August 2024 which I never received but got charged it has been more than 21 says and I just get excuses. what happened to good customer service?

Redeem a gift card
The gift card in the store says the gift card was declined but the $50 gift card was never redeemed.
Talked to the key holder in the store and they talked to their manager. The manager said to call customer service

Missing item
They didn't charge me for the item because they said that it was out of stock, but I literally see it on the website and I'm just disappointed. The item was on sale at the time that I purchased it, but the item is no longer on sale now and I'm not willing to pay full price.

Gift card was declined
Won't honor a gift card that was never used and has no expiration date. It is illegal.
Nobody in the store is helping me. The customer service phone numbers are not available.

Charged me 3 times and didn’t send me an email
So I went onto your guys website this morning to Order the deal you have on of the remix bras for 2 for $40.00 and when I put my card and stuff it kept saying billing information was not correct and you guys charged me 3 times and didnt even send me a email with my order number or anything you guys are not opened on the weekend but I need to talk to someone as you guys took money from my account that was for my kids groceries and stuff this needs to be fixed right away

Now after a lot of browsing finally got la senza customer service number and when we tell its regarding the la senza product which is not delivered to us .. they are deliberately disconnecting our call..
this is ridiculous way of making money.. I think we are been cheated with our money .. looking at the brand we ordered but its really disgusting..
many times have picked offline stores in Singapore.. looking for some reply
